Kitty is looking for her forever home.

MiltonToday, in partnership with Oakville & Milton Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.

Kitty is a six-year-old cat who is sweet, affectionate and self-sufficient.

She was surrendered to the Oakville & Milton Humane Society when her previous family could no longer care for her, and she has been searching for her forever home ever since.

She can be playful and loves to chase after and pounce on string toys. When she wants attention, she will meow, purr and trill to remind you to give her some pets.

While Kitty is quite loving and affectionate, she values her independence and prefers to receive attention on her terms. She would thrive in a calm, understanding home where she can be the only cat.

Kitty is one of OMHS' long-term cats and has been searching for her home since February. Her adoption fee is 50 per cent off at omhs.ca/cats.

If you are interested in the Pet of the Week, please call the Oakville & Milton Humane Society at 905-845-1551 or visit omhs.ca for more information on the adoption process. If you cannot find this pet’s profile on the OMHS website, then the pet has been adopted. Please consider adopting another one of their furry friends.
