menace-header

For Carter Bickle, it was a perfect return to his former stomping ground.

Literally.

Turning back all 26 shots fired his way Sunday afternoon, the recently-acquired Menace goalie silenced his ex-King Rebellion teammates 3-0 – his second shutout in just five days.

The win lifted Milton to 23-10–0-3, giving them back sole possession of third place in the OJHL’s Western Conference heading into the two-week holiday break.

Luke Johnston and Ivan Fabjan scored third-period goals to cement the victory, after Ryder Cali notched his team-leading 17th of the season on a first-period powerplay.

The Menace return to Memorial Arena Tuesday, Jan. 7 to face the Mississauga Chargers. Game time is 7 p.m.
