A downtown business was the target of thieves this past weekend.
Halton police report that sometime between 5 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 30) and 9 a.m. Monday, unknown culprits entered the 153 Main St. site currently under renovations.
Once inside, they removed construction materials, air conditioning units and various tools. The items were collectively valued at over $5,000.
There was no indication of forced entry and no suspect description is available at this time.
The investigation is continuing.
