A man is facing an impaired driving charge after a Milton stop.
At 2 a.m. on Thursday (Sept. 5), Halton police responded to a citizen-initiated complaint of a suspected impaired driver in the area of Trafalgar and Britannia roads.
Following an investigation, a 27-year-old Mississauga man was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired as a result of drug consumption.
The charge has not been tested in court.
