Halton police are investigating a break-in at a local residence.
Around 2:45 a.m. last Thursday (Sept. 12), unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a home in the area of Thompson Road and Main Street through the rear door.
The occupants were home at time of entry, but there were no confrontations, police say.
While the office drawers were rummaged through, nothing was taken.
There are currently no suspect descriptions.
