Halton police are seeking a suspect in connection with the theft of a wallet in Milton Tuesday night (Jan. 21).
Halton police media relations officer Jeff Dillon reports that the wallet is believed to have been stolen during a stop at the Esso gas station at 6788 Regional Road 25 at about 8 p.m.
The credit and debit cards were subsequently used at various locations, with total purchases under $5,000.
No suspect description is available and the investigation continues.
