It was never a secret that Milton would turn into such a booming community – and it has been a privilege to experience it firsthand as a growing business operating in the town.
Those who envisioned what Milton could become are the ones who have helped shape it into what it is today – a vibrant, thriving place for families and businesses.
We opened our second Crozier office in Milton on Martin Street in 2009 to serve our customers and the growing need for housing in the region. Back then, with just over 70,000 people, Milton was attracting families looking to live close to the GTA, yet enjoy the benefits of a small town.
As a firm in the land development and building industry with one other office at the time, Chris Crozier, founder and CEO, saw the incredible promise of Milton.
Chris grew up in Milton and had always dreamed of planting business roots in the region after launching Crozier in 2004 in Collingwood.
From the original boutique Martin Street location to our now 18,000 sq ft professional suite just off Hwy 401, we can safely say that the decision to invest in a Milton presence and hire local talent has been a significant part of our own growth story.
We are proud to have supported local charities along the way including the Milton District Hospital Foundation, United Way, Conservation Halton, local schools and more.
This year, as Crozier celebrates its 20th anniversary as a company and 15 years in Milton, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the community. The Milton Chamber of Commerce, Town of Milton, and many industry partners believed in us, the way Chris believed in the town – and we’re so thankful for the journey thus far.
