A Milton man is facing sexual assault charges in connection with an alleged incident at a local Holistic centre.

Halton police report that on Wednesday (Sept. 4), 58-year-old Ehsan Ansari – who operates Holistic Hijama on Weston Drive – was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault.

This followed a complaint by a female client who said she was sexually assaulted during a recent visit to the establishment, during which time the accused was working.

Ansari was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

The charges have not been tested in court.

In addition to his practice in Milton, investigators have confirmed that the accused has previously worked in Mississauga.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims and a photo of the accused has been attached to this media release.

Anyone with information, or anyone who has been victimized by the accused is asked to contact the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit at 905-825-4777 ext. 8970.
