Who says Halloween creativity and candy distribution has to be confined to the home?
Not Renew Church, which is gearing up for its annual Trunk or Treat celebration at the GO Station (780 Main St.).
Organizers are inviting local families to join in the Saturday, Oct. 26 (3 to 5 p.m.) event by decorating their vehicle’s trunk and help hand out treats to costumed youngsters.
Designs can be as simple or elaborate as participants wish.
Those interested in taking part are asked to come dressed up and bring plenty of candy, as previous years have seen up to 300 kids come out.
Miltonians can register here to add their vehicle to the festivities, while no sign up is required for children and their parents/caregivers to attend the free event, which is open to everyone.
