The ninth annual Ladies Play Day Golf Tournament, presented by Elinesky Schuett Private Wealth Management of RBC Dominion Securities and hosted by Crosswinds Golf and Country Club, achieved an unprecedented success, raising $39,716 in support of Milton District Hospital Foundation.

Despite the heavy rain that led to the cancellation of the golf portion of the tournament, the event carried on with resilience and enthusiasm. Many golfers remained at Crosswinds to appreciate the scenic environment and to enjoy a delicious dinner. 

The evening featured remarks by Stefania Bradley, Diagnostic Imaging Manager at Milton District Hospital, who shared insights into the significant impact of donor support on the hospital.

The event’s atmosphere remained cheerful and vibrant, demonstrating the community’s commitment to Milton District Hospital. The record-breaking funds raised will be allocated towards purchasing essential medical equipment and technology.

Katie McMillan, Executive Director of Milton District Hospital Foundation, commented on the event’s success.
