About the program:

Windrows are piles of snow left at the bottom of driveways after the snowplow passes. The service begins when the total accumulation of snow on the roadway exceeds 10 cm (four inches) and only after the Town of Milton has completed plowing of all roads.

Depending on the number of program registrants, it may be at least 36 hours after all the roads have been plowed before the windrow removal service is completed.

For more information about the Town’s windrow removal program and fee exemption details, please visit the program’s dedicated web page.
