Halton police are investigating a break-in at a rural Milton home.
According to police, the suspect entered the residence on Appleby Line through an unlocked door sometime during the day on July 19 while the residents were working outside in their yard.
The suspect stole some jewelry and credit cards. The estimated value of the stolen items is not yet known.
No arrests have been made, and there are no suspect descriptions at this time.
