A man is facing an impaired driving charge after a motor vehicle collision in Milton.
Halton police responded to the crash around James Snow Parkway and Derry Road at approximately 7 a.m. last Sunday (Oct. 6).
Following an investigation, a 27-year-old man from Brampton was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
The charge has not been tested in court.
